Flagship is a 6-month engagement that combines three FEDCON programs: VEX Marketing (capability statement, SAM.gov optimization, and marketing campaigns), EDGE Consulting (contract vehicle analysis, agency targeting, pipeline development, and teaming strategy), and a FEDCON-written proposal — your first real bid, written by our team. By the end, you have the tools, knowledge, and competitive positioning to pursue and win government contracts independently.

Your first bid targets the opportunity that gives you the best chance of winning based on your capabilities, past performance, and certifications. Some clients start with a subcontract or SLED opportunity to build past performance before pursuing larger federal primes.
No. Flagship is designed for businesses entering the government market for the first time, as well as businesses that are registered but have not yet won. FEDCON handles the marketing, strategy, and proposal work. More importantly, we teach you the process — by month six, you understand contract vehicles, agency targeting, teaming, and proposal strategy well enough to compete on your own.
We start with what you have. If your SAM profile or capability statement needs improvement, VEX Marketing will optimize it. If they are already strong, we move faster into pipeline development and proposal preparation. Nothing is wasted.
